About Deborah Cox

Having been born and raised in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, Debbie has a long standing love and knowledge of this area of Horry County.  Her maternal grandfather and grandmother, Nicholas Foy Nixon & Amanda McCall Nixon, were among the early settlers of the Cherry Grove Beach area, owning and developing large parcels of land here in the early 1900's. Other relatives were instumental in the further development of channels & marinas, subdivision & lots, & various businesses in the 1950-1960's as well as today.  Real Estate has been an inherent ingredient in her early life & now in her adult life.  After raising her two children, April & Jonathan, she decided going into the real estate profession was where she felt she could best serve the many residents that were already here and the many more newcomers from other states to make their home here at the Grand Strand, whether full time, part time or for investment.  A desire to help folks find just the right property for their needs or sell their properties just comes natural to Debbie.
